USHERING JOB: CALL FOR AUDITION

The University Ceremonies Committee will hold a one day audition for interested students of Lagos State University (males and females) to be trained as ushers that will handle all the University's events. The audition will hold as follows:
Date: Thursday, 12th January, 2017.
Venue: University Main Auditorium, Ojo.
Time: 10:00am.
Interested students for the audition are to register at Centre for Information, Press and Public Relations, (CIPPR) Room 14-17, Administrative Block 1.
The prospective ushers must be good looking, well mannered, have gait and must be smart among other qualities.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS WEDNESDAY, 11TH JANUARY, 2017.

LASU: Academic activities to immediately resume as varsity gets gubernatorial lifeline

Gideon Adonai  Academic activities at the nation's most preferred university, Lagos State University, (LASU), Ojo and its other campuses are set to resume following breakthroughs in talks with union heads by top authorities of the Lagos governor's office. Following this development, confirmed by an insider in LASU, the Senate of the fastest growing university in terms of applicants' choices and latest infrastructure,  has approved the resumption of academic and social activities with effect from Wednesday, 13th August 2025. The said meeting was held on Monday, 11th August 2025. Thomas-Onashile, Oluwayemisi A.
